This Privacy Policy describes how the Letterwork mobile application (“Letterwork,” “the app,” “we,” “us”) handles information. Letterwork is developed by Headspin Studio (“the developer”). By using Letterwork, you agree to the practices described here.

Information the developer collects

None directly. Letterwork has no sign-up, no login, no user accounts, and no forms. The developer does not collect your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information.

Information collected by third-party services

Letterwork uses the following Google services, which may collect information according to their own privacy policies:

Google AdMob (advertising). Letterwork’s free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. To provide and measure ads, AdMob may access your device’s advertising identifier and collect information such as your approximate (non-precise) location, device information, and ad-interaction data. This is handled by Google, not by the developer. Where required (such as the EU/UK), the app presents a consent choice before personalized ads are shown. • Google AdMob

Google Play Billing (in-app purchase). Letterwork offers a single one-time purchase that removes ads and unlocks unlimited puzzles. This purchase is processed entirely by Google Play. The developer never sees or stores your payment information. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Information stored on your device only

Letterwork keeps a small amount of information on your device only, which is never transmitted to the developer or anyone else:

• Your game progress (puzzles solved, features unlocked, your saved board).
• Your settings (sound, appearance/theme, and whether you’ve made the purchase).
• A local count of how many puzzles you’ve completed.

This information stays on your device, is used only to run the game, and is removed if you uninstall the app.

Children’s privacy

Letterwork is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the free version shows ads served by Google AdMob, it is not represented as a children’s app. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the ad services, please contact us and refer to Google’s policies for ad controls.

Data security

Because the developer does not collect or store your personal data, there is no personal data held by the developer to secure. Information handled by Google’s advertising and payment services is protected under Google’s own security practices.

Your choices

• Ads and advertising ID: You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads). Purchasing the ad-free version removes ads entirely.
• Consent: Where required, you can change your ad-consent choice through the in-app settings or your device.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated “Last updated” date.
